The Rhythmasters is a jazz ensemble whose members have been performing together in the Richmond, VA area since 2001. From the beginning the group has been dedicated to performing real, "straight-ahead" jazz. The Rhythmasters is comprised of musicians who are passionate about jazz music and enjoy the boundless elements of creative improvisation.
The members of the Rhythmasters are thrilled to share their artistic vision with the greater Richmond area. From weddings, corporate gatherings, gallery openings and winery events to regular gigs at local jazz clubs, the Rhythmasters have celebrated the spirit of jazz with sophistication and sincerity.
The Rhythmasters can tailor the size of the group to fit the needs of any occasion. From the intimacy of a jazz duo or trio to the excitement of a six or seven piece ensemble with vocals, the Rhythmasters bring professionalism, experience, and enthusiasm to any event.
